Vita
Andreas Bode studied composition and conducting in Munich and Vienna and music and dramatic theatre direction in Hamburg. He is the founder of the andreas bode company, with which he has produced numerous drama and music theatre projects at Kampnagel Hamburg since 2000, including guest performances at the Theater an der Wien (Vienna) and the Tanzhaus NRW, among other venues. Other engagements have taken him to the Hamburg State Opera, the Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg and the Munich Biennale. One of the main focuses of Bode’s work is collaboration with visual artists including Ai Wei Wei and David Schnell.
