Spanish architect Víctor López Cotelo launches this year's series of lectures, On the Duty and the Power of Architecture, held by five foreign Akademie members. López Cotelo, who was awarded the Spanish Prize for Architecture in 2015 for the sensitive renovation and extension of the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Granada, provides insights into his multifaceted creations in his home town of Madrid and throughout Spain. Wilfried Wang will moderate the discussion afterwards.
