Patrik Schumacher

Architect and philosopher Patrik Schumacher from Bonn has been a partner at Zaha Hadid Architects, London since 2002 and is the founder of the Design Research Laboratory of the Architectural Association School of Architecture. In his theoretical discussion of city and architecture, he supports the reorientation from deconstructivism to parametricism. His lecture is part of the series "On the Duty and the Power of Architecture". Matthias Sauerbruch will moderate the discussion that follows.
