Siegfried Kühn: Die Erdorgel oder Wunderbare abgründige Welt

Siegfried Kühn is regarded as one of the most original and idiosyncratic German directors. With works such as Das zweite Leben des Friedrich Wilhelm Georg Platow (1973) and Die Lügnerin (1992), he has made substantial contributions to DEFA contemporary film. In Die Erdorgel, he presents a comic-satirical story with autobiographical references, in which he once more describes the world as a grotesque happening. At the book presentation, Siegfried Kühn will talk about his work. Ulrike Krumbiegel and Christian Steyer will read.
