Art films play a minor role in cultural funding. The distribution of funds is based on hypothetical popular success. Television broadcasters can participate in the decision, even though fewer and fewer films are shown there. At the launch of the debate on the new Film Funding Act (FFG), Jeanine Meerapfel talks with Feo Aladag, Claas Danielsen, Titus Kreyenberg, Mariëtte Rissenbeek and Andres Veiel. Moderated by Rüdiger Suchsland.
